Positive: The house is exactly like the pictures it was a amazing stay me and my family of 7 was very comfortable for a week when we stayed this past week, Great location, Awesome security system and was close to everthing like food markets , and food places. Jenny was soo awesome and helpful through the whole process. Negative: N/A everything was perfect

Positive: Nice and spacious! Very clean! Private back yard with fire pit! Negative: Loved everything!

... Positive: The place was wonderful. It was clean and spacious and a very good price for what was all included. Negative: There seemed to be poor communication through the booking.com app. We were getting messages with contradicting information regarding pet fees and check out times. Check out times were initially labeled on the app as 11am. Then, the messages we were receiving saying check out was 8am, and the rules binder in the place state check out times were 9am. This was very confusing on what time check out was at and if we were going to be charged extra fees for checking out at 9am, which we did. We were not charged for checking out at 9, but it was a very confusing expirence. We were also told two different amounts for pet fees. This was all rectified, but confusing.
