Muy bien todo a pesar de que batallé para ara llegar y las escalera Positive: Está muy cómodo muy buenos espacios Negative: La entrada es muy pequeña y muchas escaleras y la dirección no está bien señalada

Beautiful luxury apartment but some problems Positive: Location is excellent, right by the lakes for strolling or exercising. The views from the apartment are spectacular, across to the Pico de Orizaba on a clear day. The attention to detail in the apartment, the kitchen supplies, and the lighting is superb. Negative: Check-in was shambolic. The apartment had not been cleaned following the previous guests' visit, and it took 3 hours to contact the host and organise a cleaning so we could finally get some sleep around midnight (the host did offer a discount by way of apology, though). Also nearly every cupboard door in the kitchen was somehow broken or hanging off its hinges.

Maravilloso Positive: El departamento es bellísimo, tal cual las fotos. Esta demasiado cerca de Los Lagos que es el lugar que más me encanta de Xalapa. La privacidad y seguridad son fantásticas. Negative: Realmente el único pero que le pondría es que no encontré jabón para lavar los trastes.
